Windows SDK and MT.exe

hi @all,

I need the MT.exe for manipulating manifests:

It mentions that it is part of the Windows SDK. I've installed the SDK
version 6.0A with VS2008. But there is no such file.
While searching I only found the newest to be from a 2006 CTP version.

Where can I find an actual SDK or MT.exe.

In my installations of VS2005 and VS2008 it is in my PATH when I use Visual
Studio Tools -> Visual Studio 200[58] Command Prompt.

In the SDK 6.0A it should be found in 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft
SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\bin'. It is in my 'bin' directory.
